We have developed a range of high quality bakery mixes designed for the bakers purpose. We understand the needs of the professional baker, therefore these mixes have been made for ease of use, efficiency, and convenience. There’s a wide variety of each of the following to choose from, with more products currently in development and soon to be available. In addition we can develop bespoke mixes for your own bakery.



We have developed two high quality and simple to make smooth custard mixes for easy to prepare patisserie. These mixes include:

Romix Cold Custard Mix: An easy-to-prepare smooth vanilla flavoured custard, which results in a high-quality finished product – with a smooth texture yet firm enough to slice into portions.

Romix Cold Gold Standard Custard Mix: This takes the Romix Cold custard mix to the next level in terms of flavour and creaminess; a little more luxurious mouth feel with fuller texture and flavour.



The Romix Silk Cake Mix range has been developed with the craft bakers in mind, offering results in line with the best scratch recipes, with the convenience of a premix and affordability. The Silk range is available as a complete mix (with powdered egg included in the mix) or without egg so that fresh egg can be added in your bakery. Flavours include vanilla, chocolate, lemon, mixed spice (ideal for carrot cake), vegetarian red velvet or toffee with more varieties on the way.

We also offer a Romix Silk Sponge Mix; a lighter, more aerated sponge cake, ideal for cream cakes and decorated celebration cakes.



Egg Free Sponge Mix: An eggless sponge mix available in chocolate or plain.

Gluten Free Mixes: We have a range of gluten free bakery mixes including scone, cookie, brownie and batter mixes.
